Peril at the power plant

Sexy heiress Jessica is in big trouble, her evil step-mother has hired a thug to dispose of her meddling step-daughter in a fiendish way. She wanted the girl to suffer in terror knowing that she only had a short time left on the planet. The thug k'napped Jesssica and brought her to the old power plant tightly bound and gagged. Jessica's arms are tied cruelly tight behind her back with hard rough hemp ropes and her ankles are lashed tight with more of the rope. The thug carries her over his shoulder and sits her near some electrical panel. Jessica cries ahd pleas into her gag, but her mouth is stuffed full of socks and a rag is wrapped around her head holding the rag in her mouth so almost no sound comes out. He goes around tying her tighter with ropes cinching her knees tightly together, then the rope from her knees is run over her shoulders to her elbows pulling her chest down to her knees. He pulles the ropes tight so she can't sit up straight. Once Jessica is helplessly bound he goes to work with his sinister plan. Jessica watches in horror as he bring gasoline cans and piles them up around her. She can smell the strong gas fumes and moans and cries for pity. But he is too well paid, he them produces a time bomb and flips the switch. He tells her that she only has about an hour before the bomb goes off and leaves. Jessica is frantic but he has tied her too well she can escape. She tries desperately to reach the knots at her wrists but her finger are too numb there is nothing she can do. The fumes from the gas are overwhelming there is no hope.
